The firm recently acted as co-underwriters' counsel in connection with the issuance by the City of Chicago of its $80,475,000 Chicago Midway Airport Second Lien Revenue Bonds, Series 2010A-1 (Taxable) and Series 2010A-2 (Taxable). The firm also acted as co-remarketing agents' counsel in connection with the remarketing by the City of Chicago of its $132,525,000 Chicago Midway Airport Second Lien Revenue Bonds, Series 1998A and Series 1998B and its $152,150,000 Chicago Midway Airport Second Lien Revenue Bonds, Series 2004C (AMT) and Series 2004D (Non-AMT).

The firm recently acted as sole underwriter's counsel in connection with the issuance by the Chicago Transit Authority of $550,000,000 Sales Tax Receipts Revenue Bonds, Series 2010A and Taxable Series 2010B (Build America Bonds). The proceeds of the sale of bonds were used primarily to finance the acquisition and installation of new, modern rail cars for the Chicago Transit Authority's rapid transit train system.
