Charity & Associates, P.C. represents a number of municipal entities in matters involving municipal law and finance. The firm’s attorneys have participated in public financings totaling more than $10 billion. The firm has served as co-bond counsel on several bond issues, including the issuance of a $398,998,040 bond issue by the Illinois Sports Facilities Authority, a $1,087,728,018 bond issue of the Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority and a $291,050,000 capital improvement bond issue of the Chicago Housing Authority. In addition, the firm has served as sole underwriters' counsel in connection with a $101,000,000 general obligation bond issue of the Chicago Park District, a $75,000,000 tax anticipation warrant issue of the Chicago Park District and numerous other housing bond issues.
