Mr. Hinchman earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 1990. He received his law degree from John Marshall Law School in 1993. He was admitted to the Illinois bar in 1994.
Mr. Hinchman began his career in private practice specializing in real estate law. He has served as general counsel for area builders, assisting them in general litigation matters and litigation. Prior to joining Charity & Associates, P.C., Mr. Hinchman was counsel to a large multi-state title insurance company, primarily focused on commercial escrow matters.
Mr. Hinchman practices in the areas of municipal law and real estate law. He has participated in numerous public finance transactions, real estate lending transactions and development projects. Mr. Hinchman also appears frequently before the City of Chicago's Zoning Board of Appeals.
Mr. Hinchman is a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers.
